Order Confirmation
We will send you an email to confirm once your order has been dispatched. If you have ordered an embroidered veil, please contact us as soon as possible to provide the initials and wedding date you would like included on your veil. This ensures your veil is personalised perfectly for your special day.

Order Delivery
Timeframes vary for our veils and accessories please see our designers collection page for deliver times. You would always receive an email with your tracking number so that you can track your delivery.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and Cyruson Limited shall not be liable for any losses, delays, damage or charges the client incurs as a result of the postal service.
Faults:
We pay extra attention to detail and quality check every item before shipment. We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged safely and shipped via a registered and trackable shipping service. But we also understand sometimes we get things wrong. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@cyruson.com and we will happily replace the item.
Change of mind:
Please choose your pieces carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind due to the nature of each wedding veil and hair accessory. Please reach out to our team with questions before placing your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
